Contest Rules:
  • No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
  • To participate you must be an individual who resides in one of the fifty United States of America and must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. Contests are void where any registration or bonding is required.
  • An entrant may compete in only one contest at the same time.
  • Entrants are limited to one TalentSpring account per person. TalentSpring reserves the right to verify all information provided by entrants, including phone numbers, email addresses, personal and professional references, and mailing addresses.

  • By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Contest Rules and any decision TalentSpring or its designees make regarding any matters relating to a contest. TalentSpring reserves the right to disqualify from a contest, and any future contest or other promotion conducted by TalentSpring, and to prosecute to the fullest extent permitted by law, any entrant who, in TalentSpring’s reasonable suspicion, tampers with the site, the entry process, or the Contest, violates these Contest Rules, engages in any cheating or collusion, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or violates the spirit of a contest or the Contest Rules. In the event of disqualification or ineligibility of any winner, such winner may be replaced with the next runner-up at the sole discretion of TalentSpring.
  • Winners are determined at the end of a contest.  The rankings (including an entrant’s percentage placement among all entrants) will be changing constantly during the contest as other entrants enter and entrants compete and earn more points.
  • TalentSpring will be the sole inspector and final arbiter of number of points and entrant rankings, and will use its internal software and internal analysis to determine the number of points and ranking earned by each entrant. TalentSpring reserves the right to reassign points as it determines reasonably necessary in its discretion.  For example an entrant may initially be granted points for a partial action and then have the points retracted later if the action is not completed satisfactorily.

  • Employees, independent contractors, advisors, officers, and directors of TalentSpring, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons, may participate in a contest but are not eligible to win a prize.
  • Entrants who do not comply with any of the requirements of these official Contest Rules or the TalentSpring Terms of Use are not eligible to participate in any contest.
