About TalentSpring
TalentSpring provides recruiters and HR professionals with an advanced SaaS-based candidate sourcing solution that utilizes semantic search technology to find exceptional resume matches for their open positions. Our resume search engine reviews an organization’s open job descriptions, identifies the relevant attributes being sought (experience, skill, location, education, etc.), and then matches those attributes to tens-of-thousands of resumes found on social networking sites, job boards and the organization’s Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The search results are ranked and ordered based on candidate quality and relevance, saving recruiters and hiring managers time, improving hire quality, and reducing overall time-to-hire.
The power of TalentSpring’s system comes from harnessing the capabilities of semantic-search technology and algorithmic ranking methodology to automate the manual process of finding and reviewing candidate resumes. Today 40% of a recruiter’s time is spent sourcing qualified candidates (searching for and reading resumes). And, with a time limit of just 200 resumes per search, they are often unable to find the ideal candidates.
This inefficiency is the result of limitations in today’s Boolean-search tools, which require that all the keywords searched for must be in the candidate’s profile. Semantic-search on the other hand provides a smart-search capability that includes similar meaning terms to the original keywords search for. The result is that resumes which would normally be overlooked by traditional candidate sourcing are included in TalentSpring searches. TalentSpring’s patent-pending algorithmic ranking system identifies which job attributes are most important for the search results filtering out the ‘close-but-not-quite’ candidates before search results reach the recruiter’s desk.
-
Better Candidates
By searching a large number of different passive and active candidate sources at once,, TalentSpring is able to provide you with search results on the best matched individuals from tens of thousands of potential candidates.
-
Faster Hires
TalentSpring resume search engine is able to filter out near-match candidates far more effectively than traditional search engines. Filtered and ranked results greatly reduce the amount of time necessary to sort through lesser qualified candidates, allowing recruiters to focus on recruiting not sourcing.
-
Reduce Hiring Costs
Organizations waste significant time and money searching through hundreds of thousands of candidates and interviewing near-match candidates. With TalentSpring’s automated search capability recruiters are able to find qualified candidates in a fraction of the time that traditional systems can.
