TalentSpring’s candidate sourcing service makes finding top talent for your positions as easy as counting 1, 2, 3!





Using our resume search and algorithmic ranking engine we find you top active and passive candidates on Job Boards, Social Networks, Corporate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and the open Web. We then rank order candidates on a single page so that you can focus on recruiting applicants rather than sourcing them.


How Do We Do It?

Step 1: We start with your Job Description. Simply fill out the basic information on the position you are looking to fill:

  • Job Title Local
  • National or City-Specific Search
  • Position Level (Management, Experience, and Education)
  • Names of company(s) you wish to exclude

Step 2: Simply paste your job description into the Edit Job Description search box. We then parse the key job attributes in the job description for inclusion in the search. The system will search for candidate matches and notify you when the search has been completed.

Step 3: Your results will appear on a single page as a ranked order list of candidates matched to your job criteria. Your results will be listed in a top down order with the best candidates appearing first based on the search criteria entered. You have the option of editing the search criteria to see different results. You can also click on the candidate link to view candidate’s job board resume or be taken to the candidate’s social networking profile, provided you have an active account respective resume source. OUR CANDIDATE SOURCES

TalentSpring searches for candidates on open sources, public networks and individual websites using Deep Web search. You select which Job Boards and Networks you currently use to find candidate resumes. Our Job Board Administration tool lets you define the job boards you use, and securely enter your credentials and maximum daily search volume.


Semantic Search

At the heart of our system is our resume search engine and ranking technology which enables us to find exceptional candidates that would normally be overlooked by mainstream search engines used by Job Boards and ATS applications. Our system has been ‘trained’ to identify the equivalent meanings of terms found in resumes. And, because no two job descriptions or candidate resumes are written alike, our system is able to find hidden matches that rigid Boolean search engines would normally overlook and not require you to become an expert on Boolean Search.

OFCCP Standards

Our system easily fits into your existing OFCCP compliance program. We log resume database search activity automatically, including resumes that meet basic qualifications, ensuring that you have a clear audit trail of where your candidates are coming from.
